Italian DJ/production duo Sagats and DJ Octopus, aka Die Roh, return with a set of deep and sultry house track. Richard Nixon seems to be the focus of their attention here: the label it’s being released on is called Campaign Trail, its artwork is a photo of Nixon’s face, and the EP is named after his 1968 presidential campaign bid. ‘We Are Able To Sing’ features skittish rhythms and warm piano chords, ‘Rosario’ is an old school American garage track, and ‘Xm22’ rides on a 2-step beat.
