Scottish producer Andy Graham revives his Sei A project: the Gasp' EP is his first release since 2013’s Make It Work EP. As its predecessor, the EP comes via Will Saul’s and Fink’s Aus Music imprint, and picks up where the London-based musician left things. The opening title track impresses with layers of shaking and shuffling percussion, displayed against earthing bass tones and textural loops of vocal fragments. ‘Never Wander’ is more progressive, but the wonderfully flowing '4ME2’ with its strong set of bagpipe-emulating synth overtones constitutes the EP’s undisputed highlight.
