Distorted jungle atmospherics courtesy of Samuel and Hayley Kerridge’ Contort imprint. ‘Sonic Instrumentals of War’ is a brutal two track collage of machined sound extracted from a live Kerridge show at NTO in Berlin, 2013. A rich supplement to Kerridge’s ‘Always Offended Never Ashamed’ album, the first release on the Berlin based label, and worth investigating for fans of Shaped Noise, Lee Gamble or the Downwards label.
