Lurka comes through for Black Acre with an esoteric and cutting-edge pair of carefully composed electronica cuts. The title track centres around a swollen, skewed beat which and a complex but plainly presented melody. Mach plays around with a heady two step beat which creates a framework for an equally infectious melody. Both tracks have a pulsating club-rooted beat at their core but what comes from there is a lot more adventurous.
