A new release for JD Twitch’s Optimo Music imprint, this time recorded at Glasgow’s legendary west-end recording studio, the Green Door Studio. Junto Club’s Junto Club is a selection of seriously warped and mildly psychedelic dance music. These four guys from Glasgow offer up a truly woozy experience with tracks like ‘SCG’ layering up synthesizer, bass guitar, drooling vocals and slow, meandering drum playing with a dub undercurrent, whilst ‘Leaving Forever’ pumps out a steady house beat with distorted vocals and glazed synth action which can sound pretty haunting at times.
