Garnier fills in the gaps for his ambitious The Home Box vinyl boxset with this EP for F Communications. This release is the only as-yet-unheard portion of the collection. Drifting In Midwaters raises the curtain on proceedings with a sun-kissed house leaning gem that sounds quintessentially Garnier. He then backs it up with the less overt sounds of I’m Going Home on a moody tech-house stance. The release bows out with And the Party Goes where we find Laurent in full nu-disco mode compete with muffled vocal sampling and Balearic shimmer.
