The Welsh DJ and producer Leif Knowles aka Leif releases on the Bristol-based Idle Hands – the label-cum-record shop known for housing major players in the Bristol dance scene with the likes of Peverelist, Kowton and Andy Mac. The UK-based producer is a regular DJ at the UK’s Freerotation festival and also co-runs the label UntilMyHeartStops alongside Joe Ellis. Releasing his debut album in 2013 on the Fear Of Flying label, Leif brings to Idle Hands this lovingly crafted selection of house tracks, with the title track ‘Life Through Analogies’ being a smooth blend of heavy bass and downtempo beats.
