Fresh new imprint Blacklist gets off the mark with a heavy instrumental two tracker from Innamind Recordings / Deep Medi Musik associate Gantz. On the A-side, the Turkish producer infuses a fluttering chime ensemble with warm sub-bass rolls, quick toms and a sampled chomp. Flipping over, ‘Spooky Action At A Distance’ puts a spin on the stop / start Fly-Lo-esque style, with beats spluttering and lasers zapping, all gradually degrading into a foreboding ethnic outro.
