Viennese label Editions Mego offer up Christina Nemec AKA Chra's new LP. Having performed in bands such as Shampoo Boy and SV Damenkraf, and being the founder of label Comfortzone, Chra's first full-length on Editions Mego comes as a natural extension of her career. Empty Airport resembles a dystopian swan song housed in a civilisation wasteland, finding hints of Brian Eno's classic ambient work in the corners. The LP plays home to lingering electronics sewn into field recordings with a dyed in reverbed techno.
