METZ return to Sub Pop with their second full-length, the aptly titled II. II is just as robust and polished as their Polaris Prize-shortlised self-titled debut, but with a distinctly broader and stronger power behind it. The Canadian trio deliver heavy, straight-ahead selections that don't make room for misinterpretation, 'Spit You Out' stands out with it's infectious chorus amongst the band's screaming, manic relinquish.
