Clone continue their extensive research into the mysterious aquatic world of Drexciya with two alternative versions of classic tracks Wavejumper (without the infamous 'skip') and Black Sea as well as a new Unknown Journey. 'Wavejumper' was originally released in 95' on the Underground Resistance 12" Aquatic Invasion, a tough electro track that keeps the groove rolling through like the waves under which it was recorded; timeless, deep-sea funk. On the flip 'Black Sea' gets a much needed reissue, originally released on Warp on the seminal 5th Drexciya release 'The Journey Home' its a dark dubbed-out electro number with oxygen bubbles rising throughout, true to the original 12"s press release this is the sound of Drexciya returning to their roots. To finish things off we are treated to 'Unknown Journey XI' an acidic flex with a ghostly subtext running throughout. Timeless trax from the bottom of the ocean.
