The London–based record label that specializes in electronic and drone music mix it up with this metal release from Uniform. Alter, the label that was founded by musician Helm aka Luke Younger of Bird Of Delay, has previously released artists such as Damien Dubrovnik, Acolytes, Bass Clef and Basic House. Uniform formed in New York in 2013 and consist of old friends Ben Greenberg (Hubble, The Men, Pygymy Shrews) and Michael Berdan (York Factory Complaint, Drunkdriver, Believer/Law). This selection of tracks is fiery and sludgy with the guitar run through an old 80’s preamp and cheap Akai XR20 drum machine. Perfect World see Uniform release on the label for the first time, following on from their 2014 debut with Our Blood/Of Sound Mind And Body on Beggars Bomb.
