Reissue from Music On Vinyl of the 1969 album from the Canadian singer-songwriter, poet and novelist, Leonard Cohen. Songs From A Room was his second studio album following on from Songs Of Leonard Cohen (1967). Produced by American record producer Bob Johnston (also known for his work with musicians such as Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash and Simon and Garfunkel) this release hears Cohen’s music set in that era’s usual guitar/vocal combo of folk-style storytelling with a seemingly intrepid honesty.
