Walls return with their final studio effort Urals for Ecstatic. The LP rounds off a trio of records which started in 2010 with their eponymous offering and continued in 2011 with Coracle. When listening to Urals, it is clearly the product of studio exploration with no time limits or label demands looming over. There’s a freeform charm to the groove of the titular opener and a real ballsiness to the acid-indebted craftsmanship of 'I Can't Give You Anything But Love'. Both a swan song and a statement in its own right, Urals is the thrilling sound of producers with nobody to answer to.
