Purely Physical Teeny Tapes runs the auspicious self-titled debut from shadowy Naam/Melbourne band Who Cares? back on wax once again. Originally released in 2024 on Bandcamp, Purely Physical did the yeoman’s work of plucking these beguiling tracks from relative obscurity and we are all the better for it. Landing somewhere between the in-the-room spontaneity of the 90’s lo-fi indie rock scene and the haunting, surreal ambience of dream folk, this trio is circling a sound that’s both uncanny and decidedly tactile in equal measure.
