The Glasgow collective LuckyMe release the Edinburgh-based group NAKED's debut EP. The band has recently produced tracks for Mykki Blanco, and have a forthcoming album produced by Jacques Greene. It is no surprise that NAKED caught the attention of the LuckyMe camp, the group sound as much like Mogwai as they do Arca. Their mixture of cold, unlit beats with subterranean guitar and bass melodies makes for an intriguing and rewarding listening experience. Rattling beats, celestial melodies and icy production. The NAKED sound is one of future proof composition and forward thinking execution. The vinyl copy completes their gloomy aesthetic with a printed / debossed sleeve.
