In a follow up to their lauded debut LP on 1080p, North East duo Perfume Advert drop another highly texturised offering with the Kappa Downs EP on Where To Now offshoot Where II Dance. Setting the leisurely pace from the off, ‘Fata’ eventually settles into a deep, clumpy groove that’s guaranteed to get the heads noddin’ whilst the tipsy dub chords up top add to the narcotised feel. Flipping over we land on ‘The Fens’, another selection of uber-cool deep house groove equip with shuffling percussive and rolling sub-bass, whereas ‘Creep Pop’ buries its throbbing kick drum under a thick melodic mist.
