Second release for the Scottish producer on Astral Black following on from his 2013 EP A Short Album. The Edinburgh-based beat maker has produced tracks on albums from Big Twins, LMNO, as well as working with production team The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, along with a collection of production credits including the likes of Danny Brown, Tony Yayo & Maxsta. This release bring together a nice mix of instrumental hiphop and grime beats, heavy basslines, with saxophones and synths rolling their way in and out of the mix. 'Mrs. Sky Blue' holds within it some heavy old school hiphop rolls whilst 'Satellite' brings some more experimental, hollow drums kicks and guitar riffs to this early noughties Dre-esque beats collection.
