Vienna producer and Affine label-head Cid Rim returns with this double header of electronic scorchers. Charge is a fired up synth-spectacular with the kind of juiced up climax we’d associate with overt hit makers like Rustie and HudMo. It’s followed up on by Kano where a swathing synth line creates a base for rippling double-time arpeggiations. The release is capped off by Netherlands producer Jameszoo who takes on remix duties for Charge and brings in a number of pitch-shifting sonics for an off-the-wall rework.
