London’s experimental techno outlet Berceuse Heroique have gathered the B-sides of their 2014 split releases to present them on this compelling little compilation. First up is Maximillion Dunbar in his Max D guise with the vocal fragment ridden ‘Chewy’, originally released to compliment the flip side of Berceuse Heroique’s reissue of Cousin Cockroach’s 2002 track ‘This Ain’t Tom N’ Jerry’. London grime producer Beneath - who has impressed with releases on PAN, Keysound and Tectonic - displays pure snare wizardry and fourth-style synths on ‘WIP’ which came out as the counterpart to a Horsepower Productions remix. Antonio Marini is represented with his Healing Force Project, one of his truly raw cuts, seething and utterly compressed sub madness.
