Following on from their critically acclaimed 2012 album ‘Have Some Faith In Magic’, Scottish post-rock troupe Errors release their fourth album ‘Lease Of Life’ on Mogwai's Rock Action Records. Composed on the Hebridean Isle Of Jura - the location where George Orwell wrote Nineteen Eighty-Four - their formula of funky, electronically enhanced instrumental rock shares much the same hallmarks as their label bosses'; all lacerating guitar riffs, thunderous drumming, moments of quiet melancholy, but what sets them apart is their use of synths and adopting an electro, dancefloor bothering tempo sensibility.
