Available for the first time on Bleep, Placebo’s critically acclaimed discography of alternative rock is - for many - defined by Sleeping With Ghosts which they released in March of 2003. As their fourth studio LP, the record stripped away the bulk of the glam and theatrics that were associated with the band and put together an album of beautifully written pop songs like The Bitter End and Special Needs. While maintaining the sound that made them catch people’s attention in the first place, the band managed to craft a new beginning which put their singular style of songwriting at the fore.
