Swaggerjack is the name used for production by John Powell-Jones (aka Salford based artist Savwo) and Sacred tapes boss Callum Higgins, both stalwarts of Manchester's underground noise scene. Here they unveil their second LP proper. The late night leanings found within the 'Big Church OST' described by the pair as 'an accidental soundtrack to a non-existent film' and continuing a lineage of bleak, industrial soundtrack ambience found within the outskirts of the city it was recorded in, from the strange passion post-punk of Finders Keepers to the eerie out-take ambience captured at Strawberry studios in April 79' by Martin Hannett and a young Joy Division
