With Texas musician Craig Clouse at the helm, Shit & Shine create a beguiling cocktail of electronica and krautrock. They’ve now joined the suitably fuzzy roster at Rocket Recordings for an LP of frazzled and fractured ideas thrown together without caution. From the demented and appropriately Goat-sounding vocal section of Goat $hit to the droning stagger of Cowboy Hat. The vision of this LP is impossible to pin down but it sees the outfit explore the improvisational freeform area of their sound with beguiling results.
