Hailing from the industrial nucleus of the North, this Sheffield night-turned-label haven’t disappointed with their first signing by appointing the abstract melodious electronica of French musician Poborsk. The opening track is a swirling multi-layered floor turner with hovering synth melodies and a crunchy, heady beat. It’s coupled with a less typical but equally engaging track, Depth Explorer uses curved synths and a teasingly industrial beat to full effect. This is a promising outing for both artist and imprint.
