Finally coming through with his follow-up to 2011’s The Vision, via his own Kapsize imprint. With more thematic cohesion that its predecessor, The Mainframe is a widescreen masterpiece jet-setting across the genres Joker’s sound is born from. Freewheeling from the super-glossy grime instrumental of Midnight to moments of sultry RnB and clapped out trap bombast. The record also features vocal contributions from Zak Abel, Sam Frank and Rochelle Perts. From start to finish, The Mainframe is a sonic victory.
