Working as a precursor to an upcoming full length effort, Summit is a glassy dance track with a central synth motif that shapes the rest of the song’s components. Even when the beat cuts out at the tail end of the tune, the icy middle lane keeps the pulse moving. The tune is accompanied by a FaltyDL remix where Wax Stag’s delicate melody is nudged ever so slightly closer to the dance floor.
