Following the release of Vapor City last year, Travis Stewart aka Machinedrum is rounding off his multi-platform series with 10 brand new productions alongside artwork and visual direction from LuckyMe’s Dom Flannigan and Éclair Fifi. Having referred to the entire project as an insight in to his “personal dream world”, this final instalment sees Machinedrum in his genre-hopping element. Incorporating footwork tropes with jungle syncopations and forward thinking production trickery with faint nods to bygone movements in dance music. The celestial snap of Only 1 Way To Know works a microcosm of Stewart’s self-conceptualised backdrop- an inimitable clash of fantasy and realism.
