Julee Cruise is known to many for her appearance in David Lynch's epic, iconic Twin Peaks, singing in the titular town's local bar. Her debut album, Floating into the Night, features the show's lead single 'Falling' (the instrumental of which was used as the show's intro theme) as well as several other songs that featured on the show. All songs, in fact, were written by Angelo Badalamenti, and the lyrics by David Lynch himself. Lynch had previously used 'Mysteries of Love' in his Blue Velvet. Remastered on 180g vinyl by Plain Recordings, it's a must for any Twin Peaks nut.
