Tuff City Kids - Gerd Janson and Phillip Lauer - make their debut on Norwegian disco-house imprint Internasjonal following on from a series of remix projects for the likes of Numbers and Sven Väth. Opener ‘PF01’ showcases the punchy 808s rhythms and crystalline synths that the pair have become known for. ‘PF03’ is an altogether smoother cut with stabs of bass riding over placid waves of synths. ‘PF04’ ups the tempo with a spiky oscillating acid house number.
