A remaster of Nukubus’s (one half of Syncom Data) debut EP, originally released back in 1999 on Bunker records. On opener ‘Baby Here It Comes’ electronic bleeps and phasers ricochet around the track – Nukubus’s characteristically fidgety and unpredictable approach to rhythm. ‘Sonne und Stern’ introduces a strange undecipherable chant to the warping bass and 8-bit synths, while ‘Shake Your Sushi’ is reminiscent of UK garage. A weird but charmingly lo-fi collection of disorienting dub experiments.
