The third and final release of The Exaltics’ (one of the many alias of German producer Robert Witschakowski) Some Other Place triptych for Clone’s West Coast Series. For the third volume, Witschakowski continues to experiment with a sound both foreboding and celestial, typified by a track like ‘Never Be Enough’ with its cosmic washes of synth menaced by threatening stabs of bass. Equally, there is an underlying groove to these tracks that comes to the forefront on the bassy rhythms of ‘Infinite Dimensions’.
