Elektronische Musik Aus Düsseldorf is a celebration of the rich electronic music created in Düsseldorf, throughout the seventies and eighties Düsseldorf was a hot bed for some of the most forward thinking electronic sounds ever created; from Harmonia & Eno's proto echos of Low to the legendary industrial pioneers D.A.F. (whose lead Robert Görl went onto work with Regis on the album Sexdrops) to Hero, quite possibly the finest moment in the rich catalogue of Neu! Overall a fascinating compilation that sheds some light and gives recognition to a place that previously may not have had the exposure it deserves.
