In addition to his production work, Melbourne based DJ and producer Andras Fox - who also goes by the name A.R.T. Wilson - hosts a weekly radio show which delves deep into weird disco, new age music and other Australian rarities. It’s possible to hear those influences throughout his latest EP for Mexican Summer, which mixes deep house with new age ambience. Languid rhythms are backed by g-funk basslines, digital pan-pipes, congas and shakers to create space that evokes both the dancefloor and tropical vistas.
