Veteran French house producer, Laurent Garnier’s recent work has been shaped by a series of collaborations between underground labels such as Still Music, 50 Weapons and Musique Large. This release for UK imprint Hypercolour is one of his boldest 12”s to date, opening with the 10 minute long ‘ENCHANTé’, a house number interwoven with string and vocal samples. On the B side, ‘Confused’ takes a darker turn towards Underground Resistance style techno, shifting between unsettling ambience and pummelling basslines.
