Londoner Tee Circus delivers a pair of peak-time floor killers for UK imprint Space & Time. Showcasing a selector’s ear for grooves, the upstart producer strips away all unnecessary elements, revealing two minimal, yet effective sides that beg to be blended. ‘Just Me’ is all about jacking drum work and springy sub-bass, occasionally broken up by spacey synth washes. Flip-side ‘Parachute’ sports a sketchy retro bassline and hi-hat powered percussion, which Tee peppers with diced vocal sample and synth stabs.
