Having previously featured on Keysound’s 2013 compilation This Is How We Roll, UK producer Moleskin returns to the label with an EP of tracks based around the concept of an imaginary film score. ‘Grand Ballet’ continues on from Moleskin’s recent run of grime and Jersey club tracks. The evocatively titled ‘Slow dancing with Ms Haversham to Moments in Love in Satis House’ is centred on a sparse and elegiac synth melody. The final track, ‘The Fantasy Between Your Lips’, features hazy synths and shimmering arpeggios backed by crashes of mechanistic percussion.
