London imprint Hyperdub continues to celebrate its 10th anniversary with another selection of diverse cuts in the form of the Decadubs 3 EP. In a move away from the shadowy instrumentals that dominate its back catalogue, here the label focuses on vocal orientated R&B and leftfield pieces. The A-side features soulful vocals from Zaki Ibrahim on DVA’s modern garage cut ‘Solid’ in addition to the frantic ‘Lies, Lies’ from Kode9 and grainy ‘Signal 2012’ from Dean Blunt & Inga Copeland. On the flip we’re treated to the funkier vibes of ‘Sticks & Stones’ from Morgan Zarate featuring Eska & Ghostface Killah next to Ikonika’s retro-tainted boogie jam ‘I Know (That You Are The 1) and finally Cooly G’s sultry cut ‘Obsessed’.
