Bleep

This 7” from Italian producer C. Crisci serves as a companion piece to his debut album: a mix of African field recordings, instrumental hip hop, house and footwork. It’s the latter influence which is most apparent on A side ‘Buck’ with its breakneck rhythms and bouncy synth line. On the B side, ‘Ichnusa’ samples a melody from a music box as well the sound of children playing and a whisper sung lullaby.
