Second Storey is the project of Alec Storey, previously best known for his work under the name Al Tourettes. He now arrives on Houndstooth with a new single of intricate, bass-heavy club music. 'Shaman Champagne' is the kind of track that never really settles, great chunks of heaving machine noise rattling and firing off at strange angles. Techno master Perc gives the track a hefty going over, creating a blunt warehouse stomp while Aden's remix is brighter, bouncing along lightly.
