Bristol-based frontrunner of the "purple" movement Joker collects some of the highlights from his strong back catalogue for a series of reinterpretations from a roster of his favourite producers. The EP kicks off with Swindle’s scintillating re-modeling of ‘Purple’, oozing with funk due its infectious key doddle and catchy synth strings followed closely by Asa & Sorrow’s warped take on ‘Stuck In The System’. Badklaat sets a more downbeat tone with his smooth remix of ‘Head Top’ whereas Kragen puts the bit-crushed computer game melodies to work on the retro-sounding ‘Mario Ting’.
