Planet Mu boss Mike Paradinas returns to his glorious µ-Ziq moniker with an EP that sees the producer blending the sound of the future as imagined in the 80s to contemporary rhythmic structures. Being around as a producer since the 1990s, Paradinas has been dealing with nostalgia and music memory in his works, and it is this concept that links Rediffusion with previous releases. The EP sees him working within a more relaxed, hip hop influenced sound, the hazy sound aesthetic capturing the nostalgia of the instrumental beat-based textures.
