Guitarist Dave Harrington takes a break from his Darkside project with Nicolaas Jaar to explore his solo material with the Before This There Was One Heart But A Thousand Thoughts EP on Other People. The A-side consists of ‘One-All // A Thousand Times // Multiple And Mirror’, an epic, multi-layered guitar-led experiment littered with electronic quirks and effects that give the piece a wide spectrum of emotions. Noticeably darker on the B-side is ‘Flash // All-One’ which draws on a more industrial palette of bold drum hits, frazzled chords and fuzzy static.
