The spoken word elements of 'If It's Not The Police' are drowned in layers of subterranean bass, creating a hypnotic, lethargic swing. 'If It's Not The Police' is similarly spacious and heavy, though more rattling percussive elements can be heard sinking under the speaker-shaking weight. Dread rarely sounds as spell-binding as this.
