Abrasive Philadelphia duo Metasplice return to Morphosis’ Morphine imprint with another release of clouded, hardware focused experimental excursions. In contrast to the more grating sounds of their previous output, both ‘Vertia’ and ‘Tiled Eighths’ see the pair exploring more paranoid sci-fi territory coupled with rigid industrial elements. On the A-side conflicting bleeps battle it out amongst creaking synth noise whilst the B-side offers more of a rhythm with more demented hi-end torment.
