L.I.E.S and Nation regular Beau Wanzer joins forces with Dan Jugel to create Juzer; offering their debut collaborative release to Anthony Parasole’s excellent imprint The Corner. Manifested as four cuts of no-fuss, four to the floor techno, the Horseplay EP pays tribute to the hard-edged techno sounds of the 90’s beginning with the hypnotic, loopy mayhem of ‘Couch Mover’, moving on to the accelerated drive of the title cut. ‘Short Round’ goes a little deeper but still has all the energy of its predecessors with its stomping snares and clipped hi-hats whilst ‘Temple II’ is a jacking DJ weapon that’ll generate a reaction from even the most lifeless audiences.
