Jacques Greene and LuckyMe reconnect, following up the former’s Phantom Vibrate EP with a slick set of remixes from a quartet of hand picked producers. Fort Romeau smoothes out ghostly 2-stepper ‘No Excuse’ on his rhythmic house mix. Yung Lean producer Yung Gud adds his signature screwed vocals and rattling sub-bass to his take, while Kit Grill re-imagines the original as retro R&B, complete with synth strings and rolling 808 drums. Area Forty One takes on the atmospheric ‘Night Tracking’, singling out the searching synth line and fitting it with a groove more freestyle than deep house.
