Bobby B, who has in the past released some sumptuous takes on house for the 100% Silk label under the name Bobby Browser, debuts on San Francisco's Icee Hot with a 12" release. 'History' is a strident piece of simmering house, warm organ and a vintage-styled vocal creating a deep trip, while 'So True' is powered by giddy breakbeats and bright melody lines. John Talabot (of Hivern Discs) remixes the track, completely reconfiguring it as a pulsing stomp while Ghosts On Tape remixes 'History', creating a swirling, dream-like cut.
