Tectonic label head Pinch joins forces with Mumdance for a first official back to back mix. Apart from a number of unheard Pinch & Mumdance tracks, the compilation includes spot-on grime material from Keysound’s Logos who both collaborates with Mumdance and contributes his own originals. Pinch’s history as a club night promoter in Bristol feeds into the idea of the mix as much as Mumdance’s 90s dubstep releases. The general aesthetic of the mix seems to reference the vibe of the UK electronic music scene in the early 90s, but with the two producer's own, and very contemporary, ideas still guiding the release.
