The fourth and last edition in the series of We Play House’s tribute to dance music heritage sees Locked Groove, FCL, Lauer and Innershades present Belgian new beat of the 80s updated. Using respective aliases, the artists develop contemporary interpretations of the genre. While Locked Groove offers a rhythmic and deep version, Innershades banks on catchy synth melodies and FCL on monotonous vocal samples. Lauer gives into the 80s atmosphere with patient harmonies and drum machines in keeping with the period.
